By purchasing or using any services, software, or digital products provided by Diprosof, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.

Due to the digital and customized nature of the services, all payments are final.

No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued.

Clients acknowledge that development work, consultation, and digital delivery begin immediately upon confirmation of payment.
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks through their bank or payment provider without first contacting Diprosof to attempt resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Diprosof reserves the right to provide Stripe and financial institutions with all documentation related to the transaction.
Software development timelines depend on the complexity of each project and the collaboration of the client.
Clients agree to:
Failure to respond or provide required materials may delay delivery.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
All software, code, frameworks, tools, and proprietary systems developed by Diprosof remain the intellectual property of NCOLAB (Network Consulting Lab).
Clients receive:
Ownership transfer only occurs if explicitly stated in a signed contract.
Diprosof may provide clients access to digital platforms, dashboards, or SaaS services.
Access may be suspended or terminated if:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diprosof and NCOLAB shall not be liable for:
Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
Some services may integrate third-party platforms such as:
Diprosof is not responsible for outages, changes, or policies of third-party providers.
Diprosof reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable jurisdiction.

By purchasing or subscribing to any service, software, platform access, or digital product provided by Diprosof, a development division of NCOLAB (Network Consulting Lab), the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
The services offered by Diprosof consist primarily of digital products, software development services, consulting, and platform access, which begin processing and delivery immediately after payment confirmation.
Due to the intangible and digital nature of these services, once payment has been successfully processed through Stripe or any other authorized payment processor, the client expressly acknowledges that:
All payments made for Diprosof services are therefore considered final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
The client further acknowledges that disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals initiated without prior contact with Diprosof may be considered a breach of these Terms, and Diprosof reserves the right to provide documentation of the transaction, service scope, communications, and access logs to Stripe or the relevant financial institution.
By completing the payment process, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions, including the No Refund Policy and Digital Services Acknowledgment.
